Terms and Conditions

• All merchandise is produced to order. Additional “exclusive” prints are
available for orders over 250 pieces (please inquire)
• All orders are considered final 3 days aer order submission date.
Cancellations will incur a 25% re-stocking fee aer this time.
• Minimum first order is $200.
• All orders require payment in full, prior to delivery. Payment options are
Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover, Paypal Company Check or Wire Transfer.
• A 50% deposit is due at time of order placement for invoices totaling more
than $1,200.00 and on all orders for retailers outside the United States.
• Authorized returns only due to damages or shipping errors within 5 days of
receipt of goods for replacement or credit to your Francie Pants account.
• All new buyers must provide 3 credit references
*We reserve the right to cancel the account of any merchant found to be offering our current season merchandise at more than 10% below MSRP, or as part of an internet buying co-op, or on ebay.

Note to internet-only customers: Due to the vast number of internet start up businesses, we will only work with existing businesses that have been in operation with a functional site for at least nine months. Web sites “under construction,” will not be considered at this time. Please check back in with us though!
